Your attendance at a Billy Bob's Farm event may be subject to additional terms or restrictions by Billy Bob's farm. You are urged to review your tickets and our website for any additional information that may apply to your attendance at our event. Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Due to limited hardstanding parking availability we have to work on a booking system. Each ticket is suitable for one vehicle. The vehicle can be a car, van, truck type. We cannot accept buses due to our available parking area. Please ensure you can show you ticket upon arrival (either printed or via smart phone) when attending the event as access will be declined without this documentation.

Billy Bob's farm reserve the right to refuse access to any event at our discretion and the decision of Billy Bob's farm will be final. We will not tolerate any anti-social behaviour or abuse to any members of staff or other event attendees. This is an event suitable for family and should be treated with respect to help make the environment an enjoyable and safe experience. Those showing an undesirable behaviours will be asked to leave immediately.

Once tickets are issued, they cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

In addition, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Under 16’s must be accompanied by at least one adult

• No refunds or transfers unless the event is cancelled (see below)

• Entry must be within the time stated – you may be allowed 10 minutes either side, subject to management discretion depending upon conditions of the event, but we cannot guarantee this

• Please observe the COVID-19 directions on site, and follow social distancing rules. Anyone failing to do so will be asked to leave the site immediately

 

Event cancellation/postponements

 

If an event at Billy Bob's farm is cancelled, you will be contacted and advised on our policy for obtaining a refund for this event. 

If you are unable to attend an event for any reason Billy Bob's Farm are unable to offer any refund.

If an event is postponed, you should contact Billy Bob's Farm via our Facebook to obtain information about postponed dates of the event and if there is an applicable refund policy or a time and a date to substitute your ticket.

Ticket availability

Ticket availability is subject to change. We may release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are also ‘locked’ (not available) for a short period while customers complete their purchase. If a customer does not complete their purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available to purchase. For these reasons and others, the tickets available for a given date can and do change rapidly. If you are unable to find tickets for a specific date, please check back again.

Pricing and other errors

If the amount paid for a ticket is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale date, Billy Bob's Farm reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occurred
